Payments
- Before placing an order please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - ask us before placing the order
- We accept paypal, credit cards via Paypal express and bank transfers
- Our items will only be dispatched on receipt of payment.
- Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs related payments.
Shipping
- All orders of vintage items and ready made handcraft will be shipped as registered post within 1-3 working days following receipt of payment.
- Please note that someone has to sign for the package when it arrives so look out for those delivery notifications if you have not been home.
- All of our linens are made to order so please allow approximately 7-10 working days before dispatch.
- All items, and particularly porcelain, is packaged with extreme care to ensure safe delivery. We have an excellent track record.
- Please allow 7-10 days shipping time for the UK and the rest of Europe.
- Please allow upto 3 weeks for New Zealand, Australia and Canada
- Please allow upto 14 days delivery time to the US and other destinations.
Of course this may vary during busy postal seasons that are beyond our control.
We can't guarantee Christmas deliveries for orders purchased after December 10th for countries outside of EU.
For countries in Europe the very last Christmas shipping date is the 13th December.
- If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address being given at purchase this is the responsibility of the buyer.
- International customs charges are also the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
- If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. Your item is packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within fourteen days of receipt and return your unused item within 30 days of receipt. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once an order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order unless you return the package to us in it's original condition. Items that are cancelled will be refunded minus the shipping charges. Please contact us for a reason for return before shipping item back. The refund is provided within 14 days after it's received by us.
- All personalized and custom made items are non refundable once they have been made.
- If a package is returned to us as having been unclaimed we cannot refund the original postal charges.
- We will refund or where possible send a replacement item if your item does not arrive to you after post office investigation. It can take 6 weeks to verify lost packages. I can not be held responsible for the lost or delayed packages.
